Buffalo Airport Pickup Procedures

Pickup Procedures: Pre-Arrange Limousine and Hotel Shuttle lot is located at the Right corner of the Arrivals Terminal of Buffalo Niagara International Airport. It is Just 20 Yards from the Arrival’s Exit Door. When you are stepping out of the terminal you see the signs stating Limousines to The Right.

Pickup Procedures Buffalo Airport and Toronto AirportPlease collect your Bags, exit the terminal and walk to the right for about 20yards. Your Buffalo Airport Limos Chauffeur will be waiting for you at the pre arrange pickup area.

Buffalo Airport Limo’s central dispatch monitors all flight and the arrival times. So sit back and enjoy the flight as your car will be there at the flight arrival time even if the flight comes in early or gets delayed for some reason. If there is a last minute change in your travel plan like taking a different flight, Please call us at 416-619-0909 (Toronto) or 716-200-5455(Buffalo) or send us a message on our contact us form and we will inform the Chauffeur accordingly.

Toronto Pearson Airport Pickup Procedures

If you are arriving at Toronto Pearson International Airport please follow the Pickup Procedures as under:

Toronto Pearson: Terminal #1: (Arrivals Level)

Proceed to 'Door A' (Pre Arrange Pickup Booth) on the outside platform and ask the commissionaire to call Buffalo Airport limos. Please give him the name in which the limousine was booked. Your car will be there within 2-3 minutes.

Toronto Pearson: Terminal #3: (Arrivals Level)

Proceed to 'Door A' (Pre Arrange Pickup Booth) on the outside platform and ask the commissionaire to call Buffalo Airport Limos. Please give him the name in which the limousine was booked. Your car will be there within 2-3 minutes.
